Pacific Health Systems – $6,500,000 for two young male victims of child molestation in a case of institutional negligent supervision at a private after school outpatient program for substance abuse. Recognized as the highest California verdict against a children’s drug and alcohol rehabilitation center and one of the top 100 verdicts in California.
Stone v. Aguilar – $3.3 million in a case that centered around partial paralysis resulting from a trucking collision in Hanford, California.
Doe vs. Roe – $1.9 million for traumatic brain injury. Additionally, the defendants purchased an annuity amounting to $9M + in periodic payments to satisfy the judgment.

$2,300,000 – I-5 rear end collision for young lady’s TBI from which she had about fully recovered. Collision involved a disabled vehicle in HOV lane at 11:00pm. Defendant contended there were no emergency flashers activated and insufficient time to stop and avoid collision. Driver of disabled vehicle allegedly under the influence of methamphetamine.
Doe v. Confidential – $1,100,000 for a wrongful death claim resulting from an automobile versus pedestrian collision. Collision occurred due to inattention by pedestrian.
Reichart v. Greenspan – $975,000 award stemming from complaints of mild hearing loss, neck pain, and memory difficulties (no objective findings by any treating physician).
